Yep just slid a pvc pipe inside to keep it rigid and waxed it up. I hate those plastic flanges

On those yea... Made some sanding blocks that matched the deadrise.
The rest of the bottom is mostly longboards with an 8" DA and air file mixed in. Constantly checking with straightedges in all directions. It's "blueprinted" as they say. Hullsides all handblocked. Dont want it looking like a funhouse mirror ya know... |

He's crafty like that. He makes one off boards. Makes perfect sense when you have
foam scraps you can put to good use. He would have been a great sculptor in Roman times. |
