New transom cracking in splash well

Not sure of the materials were that he used but he had the boat for 2 months. I had another 79 done by the same guy but the transom was for single outboard, with the same motor and have not had any problem since. So i don't know what is going with this one, all i know is that i haul fish pots with the boat and i have pots in the water with no boat.
