Yeah the top cap for a CC will fit right on the cuddy hull too. Back in 2003 when I got the seacraft bug the first restored one I saw here n town was a cuddy turned CC

When I put a Hermco bracket on my 1972 23 Potter, I removed the below-deck storage under the console, shoved the 100-gallon fuel tank forward and moved the batteries to the console.

At 3mpg, you don't need more than 100-gallons.
