The fans did have filters on them, the picture was token before I mounted them and sealed them off. I used standard 20x20" house air return filters and placed one over each fan, then used tape to seal them to the frame. Also we let the fans pull air and push it into the tent so that it would remain under positive pressure. The air was filtered before going threw the fan then the pressure inside of the tent keep any dust or bugs out. If it pulled air there are to many seams on the tent that would suck stuff in. Even with the seams the fans would keep the tent sides pushed out and all the seams had air pushing out of them so there was no back flow of dirty air. I don't have a pic of them installed prior to paint but found this one when we were testing the unit:

We don't have it as bad here but I will be taking it down today to prevent it from getting tore up. The forecast has scattered thunder storms in the area tonight so I need to get it boxed up this afternoon. It defiantly is not a long term deal but works good as a temporary unit for doing quick spray jobs.

The car is titled and can be tagged, and is a true street car. I had the head lights out for weight (replaced with blanks and stickers that looked like headlights) but I am putting the lamps back in it and rewiring the turn signals and the rest of the car this winter. Brake lights still work and it is streetable with a set of dot rear tires. I would love to get a chance to run one of the guys on the show, and could possibly take a stab at an upset. The 405 is actually coming August 29th to Piedmont dragway about 2.5 hours from me but it will only be Doc vs Monzo best 2 out of 3 match race and not a full tape episode. Right now the car is not as fast as those cars but will be soon enough. I am around 750ish HP now and going from 23 degree heads carb fed to 13 degree heads injected set up this winter that should bump me up close to 900 HP and then I may have a chance at it. If they do a full taping near here next year I will be there to rep the 252 if I can get my foot in that door for sure...

You`ll be close. Farmagedon is now at 1060 on the dyno at the crank. With your lighter weight and superior aerodynamics, you might make the list.

Who makes the dual scroll turbo on the ecoboost motahs?

The Sonoma has to be north of 2000 no? The 62 is shooting for north of 2500.
Back in the day a 10 second street car was rare.

I was an asshole on two wheels when I was a squid.

Its been a long time...so I don't know the rules anymore. It use to be if you could break 12 on a street car, you had to put a cage in....

Boy is that a dog now...hey!

Cars faster than 11.49 (1/4 mile) have to have a 5 point cage, faster than 8.5 you have to have 12 point cage and then 7.5 and faster a funny car cage added around the driver. Mine has a full 12 point cage which carries me to down to 8.50 (5.40s in the 1/8th) but after that I will need to add the drivers cage.
