Hello Steve-

Of course it can be done. The hole in the bottom would probably be the easy part [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] . Fixing the deck portion may not be so easy. For 300 to 500 dollars though it may be worth your while if you did not already have a nice 23???. Why would you want to undertake the project. I think it would be hard to convert and sell to make a profit. I think it would make sence if you were to keep it and use her. Again it would be a ton of work but it could be done!. You know who would really know?
