Default Does anybody know this Seacraft?

I just found this site and think its absolutely fantastic!! I have a strange question...About 10 years ago in Florida there was 60 foot Merritt named Mylin (Sp?) I vividly remember at the time thinking that Merritt was the most beautiful boat I had ever seen. here's the question...Mylin berthed next to my Dad's boat at Cannonsport Marina in West Palm. The owner of the Merritt, I guess was a great lover of Seacrafts and obviously had cash to burn, took an old 23 seacraft and had the masters at Merritt completely refit the boat. I remember hearing he spent over 100k on the refit. I was just wondering if anybody knew this boat as they were my absolute dream boats when I was a kid.

There is a refit Seacraft for sale in Seattle that originally came from Florida. As I recall it is fighting lady yellow, with twins on a bracket and a lot of teak. I think asking price is about $65-70k. Someone on this site will have the link o that you can view the listing.

Welcome Cpalms ....

aka Bob Schneider’s boat ?? Used to keep her in the Marlin Tuna club/Drawbridge in Manasquan??? She is a pretty boat….
Never saw his SeaCraft but heard about it .... I don’t think the one shown in the link is his ...I could be wrong .... I just couldn’t see him doing that to a boat .... but stranger things are possible...

Several of the guys I worked for and hung around with all had an eye for these boats ..... they could have any boat they wanted ....yet always came back to the SeaCraft...Speaks a lot to the SeaCraft hull ....

That boat was originally for sale down in the South Florida area, about two years ago or so. The asking price then was much lower so I can only assume that whoever did purchase it did so to turn it for profit. If I recall, it was from the Palm Beach area.
