I thought about that but was concerned that it might attract too much attention....especially once my wife gave me a beer flag to fly from my riggers!!
So, I went w/ "Sir Reel" for the dual meaning effect. Main Entry: sur·re·al Pronunciation: s&-'rE(-&)l, -'ri-&l also -'rA-&l Function: adjective Etymology: back-formation from surrealism Date: 1937 1 : having the intense irrational reality of a dream 2 : SURREALISTIC - sur·re·al·ly adverb I think it's kind of cool. Capt. I sponsor changed His Boats name from "Miller Killer' to "Miller Time" When He went from the Tourny/Personel trail to Chartering ! Something to do with Peoples "THINKING" ? I wonder if He ever got Consent / Blessins from Posiedon to do This ? No Bad Luck Yet !

Hi Miles-
I could sure use a massive heater some days in April and early May, in fact, my wife has it on record that when we eventually move up, the new boat must have a choice heater mounted somewhere near the mates seat! I too, support the Miller Lite to keep warm theory, by golly! -Hooper |

Damn doesn't anyone on this site drink the "KING". Hey Don, do you remember if you plumbed your heater into the water pump??? Or maybe the thermostat housing??? I basically have her hoses routed ,but Im not certain about where to tie it into the freshwater cooling system. Someone else I talked to said they tied theres into the water pump and I guess I can do it but I guess Im looking for 2nd opinions.(I didnt get any instructions with the heater). I decided to mount it in the console behind where the louver dood hatch is on most consoles. In my inboard I have a "tray that sits almost even with the top of the door. If I mount it inside the console on the tray where it is almost flush with the hatch door, then the heat will blow straight out. This will also keep me from cutting any more holes in the console .Also all the plumbing will still be close to the motor.(right over top of it).The heater is 17 1/2" long and 8" high. The other thing I am not real happy about is adding another switch to my console dash which wasn't planned for at all. At least its small and square.
