Default Re: Anyone want a T-top for late model 20'?

Sorry for the delay. Just got back from Italy. Blissfully free of computers and cellphones, but did not get to wet a line. Alas.

It is the OEM T-top, and from the label on one of the tubes says it is custom made for Seacraft. Yes, the four down-tubes bolt to the side of the console at the bottom and also have t-connectors on the front pair of tubes welded in that bolt into the side of the top of the console. I don't have measurements, but if/when I close the purchase, will provide them forthwith. The canvas is white, and it comes with four rocket launchers mounted at the rear. It does NOT have an electronics box, but a firm shaking of the assembly leads me to believe that it is certainly rigid enough to support at least a small box with a few items. There does not appear to be any extra reinforcing of the console where the through-bolts go through. Here is a picture of the Classic with the same unit:

It is nice that it does not hit the floor, at least in terms of deck space. The only reason that I am considering dumping it is that on the 20' Master Angler, the console is set so far back that if you want to fish off the back of the boat with a fly rod, you have to ditch the T-top if you don't want at Ph.D. in broken rods.

Oddly, the salesman has not called me back. I will find out tomorrow if he sold the boat out from under me. If it is still there I will likely put down a deposit if I can get them down to a price that I know they should accept.
