Hey Ben sorry to here about your transom,been there, I know its a bad feeling.I used Git rot on a soft spot in the lower part of the transom.It help for a while but like Fellow and Scott said thats not the solution,a new transom is.I had mine done in Stuart Fla.He did an excellent job. The place is called Wildfire Marine he specializes in Seacrafts, good luck .RS.
