Default Re: 18' CC trailer?

I have a continental galvanized single axle, about the biggest (I think) they make in two wheel. Think it is good up to 5,000 lbs. the 18 hull is about 1600 lbs, engine call it 400-500 lbs, gas (48 Gal) about 300 lbs. Add in other gear and you are close to 3,000 lbs trailered. This is a heavy 18. You can see the trailer on the boatzone. It is wide -- but works well.
