Default Best way to remove Amine Blush

I have used a 3M Scoth Brite pad and water in the past to remove amine blush does anyone have abetter way that yields better results

Bryan,
I believe that you can use warm water and dish soap(dawn) to remove the blush. One of my tennants make kayak kits, and has been around epoxy for years , this is what the swear by.
