Re: Cheap FLA 20 Cuddy
You bought it? Congrats... So was that the right price? If so, it sounds like a steal. Good for you....

Re: Cheap FLA 20 Cuddy
Nice find! If you know your prey, you can sure can steal a deal. It is hard to believe that an uneducated boat owner could just happen to have bought a Seacraft(I think the original owner must be dead and it was willed to the clueless guy) ?! That gives me hope of the 23' with twins on a bracket one day that I plan on having for less than 60k.

Re: Cheap FLA 20 Cuddy
The price for the hull, no engine, was $1500.
She (spectre 20) is in good conditions, sound transon, bimini top with side curtains. It is a very nice configuration as a cuddy, because the winshield open to access the bow for easy anchor setup. I will send some pictures later. In another topic, I was looking in the pages of 1976-1979 Florida Sportsman magazines in the local library. Some very nices adds from Seacraft. I will try to scan some of then to see it can be posted in our prefered site, classicseacraft.com. Later, Machetero |
