1987 Seacraft 23 newer Yamaha Power

I'm in the market for an above average Seacraft. Is this one for sale? I was contiplating buying a CC 1987 26ft Mako with twin 225 Yamaha's but out of all the post I reviewed i am leaning on a seacraft because i the ride " i'm told".
