that sounds just about how it went. I got it at night after dinner, it was in the fridge for 18 hours or so and then we fired up the grill and put in on there for about 10 seconds per side. Add the soy and wasabi and I was trying to think if I was up to putting the 30's on some stout rods and going meat fishing!

It is good when rolled in soy sauce and sesame seed and then quickly brazed on the grill for a minute.
However, good tuna always test best when prepared raw (sashimi). Yum, yum, yum. Damn, now I want sashimi for lunch. |
