Default picture posting???

I followed the instructions from an earlier post about inserting pics to the post and I got a red x. I uploaded the pic to the boatzone/classic seacraft gallery and used the button at the bottom of this post to insert image.
How do I do it so you can see it??!!

Bill
Confused, may have to resort to Capt. Morgan for help

Ok Capt Brad,
It took several tries to get it to work but finally got it. I was copying the URL into the image box but was deleting the http://

How do you change the size of the pic so you can see it??!! Is that done at boatgallery? Check out floor support in Repair Section....those are nice pics and mine is truly a thumbnail!! Small is better than none, I guess.

Thanks again for all your help
Bill

Generaider,When You post a picture on The Gallery it will(I think) reduce it(thumbnail) .Click on the thumbnail When the larger Pic is open then Do the property/copy post process on it,This will then be the posted pic. When the Window opens for "post a image" it will have Http:/ there You may have to delete that one ,when paste'n, otherwise it will have 2.The gallery may also have a size limit to the photo that's being put on their site ,which You will have to resize thru an Photo editor(385-700 is best).Sometimes just a lnk (URL tab, then paste there)to Your photo or smaller (Thumbnail) is better because Some of Us have the ol' Tele Wire which is SLOW to download /Open Large Pics.

You can right click on any photo ,prperties it will give you the size. Strick's is 640x480 which is the best size.
