Guys, I'd say our get together was a success, I counted 9 members including myself - Trayder, JohnR, scott (our "special guest" all the way from NJ), Ed Mancini, Rich, Jon G, cSickNick and EBEACH. It was great meeting all of you in person and hope we can get together again. Hopefully some SC knowledge was gained/shared by all who attended. I didn't have the camera, Jason did, so I'm guessing he'll post some photos soon.

I don't know if any of you had a chance to meet him, but my father and I ran into Jerry Giagrando (sp?), a former SC dealer from Hull, and brought him over to the SC booth at the show. In his dealer days he sold over 1,000 SC's from 1968 to about 1985. He was the guy to convince Potter to build a straight inboard 23 (he ended up selling about 25 of them as a result). As it turns out, our boat was originally sold by him back in '82, talk about a small world. I told him about this site, so hopefully he joins.

Thanks to Scott and Jason for pulling the gathering together. I definitely enjoyed myself and look forward to the next get together.

It was nice to meet you guys, that show is too big, to much to look at.
