are potter hull design same as csy used

Word on the street is CSY layed up lots more glass and in doing so lost money on each boat. Unfortunatley or fortunatley the extra weight didn't improve the boat. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

My father's '82 CSY is built like a brick sh!t house. Not sure what the Potter spec is for the 23 Sceptre/Tsunami OB, but CSY gave a dry weight of 3,300#s (more than a CC due to deck, full windshield, etc.) I can only guess those extra lbs help in the ride department when running into a head sea.
