I passed through Duluth last April, by car, and stopped at all the beautiful mini-marinas on Lake Superior, and no one was in the water because there were huge chunks of ice floating around the ramps...totally different than what I experience here in Miami... -I am in the process of restoring a '1966 I/O (it's somewhere between 20'-22' Good luck with your 20' - aaf
