Re: Recessed Bow Light
the dink,
I got a new in the box set of accorn cleats too, off of ebay. I got a real good deal I think, 3 pop up cleats for $90, shipped to my house 3 days later. So keep an eye out for that kind of stuff.

Keep your eyes open for similar type of deals. I missed the ebay auctions last week due to work. I will try to not make that mistake again. Thanks Dink |

Re: Recessed Bow Light
Those cleats are Accons first rendition. The newer ones are shaped different.

Re: Recessed Bow Light
With a "buy it now" price of $135, sounds like a good deal. Too bad they're not pull-ups...

First rendition? What do you mean? An older model? I know they offer two models. What about the bow light? Dink |

I thought they might have improved the push button mechanism, in the second version. I'm not a big fan of the pop up, since it would be something else to fail but, at the right price, I'd jump at em'. Has anyone had problems with the button version? Dink |

Re: Recessed Bow Light
I used the "Lift and Lock" version. No springs. I attached a drain tube along with one from the bow light and the water drains outside vs in the bilge. You can also see the wiring. It connects to the recessed bow light with quick disconnects and then runs under the gunnels then under the deck and up to your switch panel
