Default 1975 20' Seacraft

I have the oppurtunity to buy a 1975 20' Seacraft, the transom and floor seems to be solid, and it has a 99 150 Merc that runs good and has been kept up well by the current owner. The sellers wants $8,000.00 for the boat, motor and trailer, from what I see that it needs is as follows: a new bow light, rub rail coming loose in certain areas, gauges on console are looking tired, gel coat chips in the bow above the bow eye from loading unto trailer probably and the bow rail is loose in certain areas which I would remove if i buy this boat. For this price there is no electronics other then a vhf radio. My question, is this a good price for this boat or should I keep looking, thanks.

I would say YES! Depending on the condition of the motor.(hours).
