Call Lewis Marine Supply at
Charleston, SC (800)823-0311 or
Greenport, LI NY (800)832-1752
They have them for 1" and 1.25"
Retail price in 2002 was $39.20

I used the ball part of a ball pien hammer on the part I wanted to flair. Took another hammer and tapped the back part of the ball pien hammer I had some one else put lots of pressure on the opposite side to keep in place.
