This is the same article in Offshore Magazine, same author too. I know nothing about publishing, but I wouldn't think you could submit the same article to more than one publication?

Could they not get their hands on anything newer? You would think if they were going to write a boat test article that it would be on a new boat, not one that is 5 years old.

I think the article was titled Time Tested not "Let's go look at the craftsmanship and test ride a new SeaCraft"
Maybe they were afraid that Captn C would tell his story and post his pics instead of Capt Skip
