Default 1989 27' c.c. Seacraft for sale

I saw a 1989 27' Seacraft for sale on SR80 at the Lee/Hendry County line (Ft. Myers/Labelle) for sale . The boat is painted dark green and had a cloth T top , floatation bracket , twin 250 hp 1985 Johnsons . The boats liner and gunnel cap had been painted w/ a funky green/black/red fiberglass paint . The sign said $ 40,000 obo . It also said a new one is $ 126,000.00 . I didn't know Seacraft made a 27' in 1989 . The boat looked like it could be used , but the finish work looked rough . I will post the phone tomarrow as my wife just washed it in the machine . I am unclear as to what this boat is really worth . One other thing - The transom was totally open with the bracket mounted below .
