Default September BoatU.S Mag / Defective Boats

I received my BoatU.S magazine today and in the Boatsmart dept. there is an article regarding a defective boat that happens to be a 1998 Mako 282 with a cracked euro transom. I think Captn C should have alook at this one! - PF

Coast Guard recall Stuff like this is going to kill them real quick... Would anyone want to buy a boat from this manufacturer knowing this??? ...This goes way beyond crazing gelcoats and cheap hardware. Sad, Very Sad

Yeah, I printed that and gave it to my lawyer yesterday afternoon. He was pretty pleased to say the least.
