Default 20' Potter hulls all the same hull?

Question from a Seacraft newbie (stranger technically)- are the various models of the 20' Potter built boats all variations built on the same hull? I'm buying a 70 Seafari, and I've assumed that it's the same hull as the 20'CC and Sceptre. I can't wait to get the Seafari going, but it probably won't be till next spring. I'll have plenty to keep me busy till then, though!
