Default New to site / ?'s regarding 20' hulls

What a fantastic site. I have been looking to buy a new (used) boat for a long time. Once I found this site I knew the boat I wanted to buy - Sea Craft 20'. My plan is to buy a used hull and restore it. Are there certain hull years that are better than others? I know this is a loaded question but would appreciate a reply. Thank you.

I have a 1984 20' that is in very good shape for sale. It needs to have some floor work done on the rear of the port side<delam issue> It has a 1984 235 johnson that has had a recent rebuild, runs strong, and a EZ Loader drive-on trailer. Hull color is light blue.
