My boat was named Blue Boy on the transom when we got it. I took that right of the and named it Blue Balls, but we kept that off the boat

I was going to name my 20' SC "Mr. Wigglie" and my wife said "over her dead body" - so it has no name on it.

Chris, there's always "Jersey Girl". I don't think that name is copyrighted or anything.

The Seabird is named "Off the Hook" and the SeaCraft is "Summer Salt". Neither boat has the name on them, but my father did have 8" vinyl letters made for the SC a few years ago. When we held them up to the boat, they seemed the right size.

My boat is named "Trident". A trident is the pitch-fork like tool that Neptune/Poseidon (Greek and Roman mythology) used to rule the oceans with. Instead of having the name on the hull, I had a local artist paint it on each side of the console. Looks pretty good....you can check it out on classicmako.com.

I can't take the credit for the name. It was on my first 20' Mako when I bought it down in Texas and so when I bought the bigger 23 a few years back I transferred the name over because I liked it.
