Default Comparing Synthetic blend two cycle oil's

I no this is a topic that must have a billion reviews,my question is what do you guy's think in comparing Pennzoil Synthetic blend oil( Premium plus) to Yamaha M2 which is also a part synthetic two cyle oil @ having TC-W3.
Pennzoil premiumn plus states it certified NMMA TC-W3 ALSO STATES FORMERLY BIA,TC-W,TC-WII,OR TC-W3 PERFORMANCE OIL IS RECOMMENDED?

I have been running the Penzoil Synthetic blend for the past year and I like it. Less smoke at start up. I used regular Penzoil/Texaco TCW3 before that.
