Default 23 CC Windshield

I am having a new windshield made for my boat that is clear because i did not like the tinted one that was on it. The tinted one is in perfect condition except for 1 tiny line of crazing on one of the corners. If anybody wants to buy this thing let me know. Hopefully just somebody local to me in MD becuase I have no idea how to ship it. The company that is making my new one canmake some more from the template if anybody is interested. Here is a pic of the tinted one on the boat:

Jim,
Is it just the picture or is the side of your engine painted the same color as the hull?

Very nice boat by the way.

Same color. Did that this year. It cost $1000 for a new cowling vs about $100 for a new paintjob. Instead of trying to match the Yamaha silver I figured I'd match the hullside instead.

That is a very nice looking boat. Did you paint it yourself or have someone do it for you?

What year is it and tell us about the engine

I did not paint it. I painted the hardtop but the boat was already painted. I think it was done by A&M marine here in MD. Tey do great work. The hull looks outstanding. The inside looks OK but is starting to show cracks. I am going to redo the whole interior next winter.

The engine is a 1992 Yamaha 225. It had about 400 hrs on it when I bought it last year and has about 600 hours on it now. Runs great. Just replaced all the rusted stuff on it this year so it looks great too!

What are you looking to get for the windshield? I am in the market for a new one for my 79' 23CC. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to have it shipped and all???? I'm on Long Island zip 11705
