That is a hole in the cabosil that someone use to repair the orginal hole or crack.I will post a pic of the inside so you can see the part of thr repair that is left. [image]

That sux!! Looks like someone did the repair to sell a hurricane damaged boat. That repair job is a clearly patch to mask damage (so that someone could sell the boat) and not to actually repair the damage.
