Default FYI: Fuel Stabilizer vs Asphalt

Just an FYI. Fuel Stabilizer vs your driveway - watch out !!!

I filled my fuel tank up at a gas station this year and put her on a driveway to do some repair work. Little did I know that the fuel would expand to such a degree that it sprayed out the vent hole, onto the hull and the driveway.

What came out must have been the fule stabilizer from the year before, because it was reddish in color. Well, it was a real b-itch to get off the hull, I had to wheel it out good. But, the driveway, it ate right through ! And then, seeped further and kept on eating through !!! I am blown away at the chemical reaction here - it just breaks the asphalt away - makes it gooey...

Just a heads up!
