Have you guys ever been on a 25? Mine rides incredible. That being said I would love to Copy the 25 hull and stretch it to a 31? Do you think there might be intrest in a production boat of this size? I could have a plug built and start in the morning. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] What Seacraft qualities would you like to see in a 31 footer or maybe 34? I know the wiring needs to be addressed fit and finish has to be up to contender or venture......Ideas?

Yes I have and I would do it more if the transom would stop cracking! I love the ride...OUTSTANDING to say the least.

Yes guys I still don't have her 100%. I have had to re-do it twice and she is cracked again. I know the quality or my work is not the problem. I did some major work to my bay boat, from the accident eralier this year, that has held up fine.

I guess she will need major surgery this winter. Pretty sad to have to rebuild a 1999 boat!

FYI- my live well has joined the group that has failed!

BTW-also-just because they have a plate in the deck doesn't mean the bolts caught it. ON all four corners missed of the inside bolts missed the plate...T Top is too wide.

Ron as a SeaCraft fan like the others here, but also a realist, I know somethings are easy quick fixes that don't cost squat, others are just maybe cost prohibitive. You are the guy that builds them or at least talks to the guys that build them, I hope [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]. If you could take some of the little things and come back and say "thats fixed", like Louis not being able to run wires and some things suggested on here you just can't do without to much cost of production, just tell them, their big boys and they can take "guys we just can't do that". There are just some things that could be improved sometimes from people that love the boat more than you ( nothing personal), if you go to bat for them the love will come, and the $$$$

allright, ill throw my 2 cents in here...

my opinion is that you got a lemon, plain and simple. now other then the wiring, i think the boats are still top notch.

a guy at the marina where i work as a 25 just like yours and it is flawless. hasnt had a single problem and everthing is solid

infact that got me thinking. there obviously still made good seeing as all the hardware is pop-up (you wont find that on a single mako) the latches on all the cabinets are top notch (they retail for like $40 so figure theres 8 of em on a boat there $320 bucks just in latches, so maybe its just me, but i dont think there all that bad (except for capt. c's) which f--king sucked

Hay Ben, how about an update on the 21'? Have you worked on it or are you finishing the Seafari first before you tackle her?

no update cause theres no progress, the boat is stripped to the fiberglass shell and the new transom is cut and ready to go in, were just waiting to find a warehouse before all the new wood starts going in - and were also trying to get the 20 done first, should be done with paint with in a week or two

Hey guys!

I STILL NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING!

I still need/want a photo of the knees and braces used in the newer 25' SeaCrafts. I am still checking the local dealers (Bass Pro Shop) and neither have had one since I've had my problems....so I can't get the photos myself.
