If it's an old one I'd disconnect it. I have an old 225 and I disconnected mine.I just don't trust the VRO or the alarms, plus I ended up getting a new pump and saved a few bucks on the non VRO.
It's not bad pre-mixing, plus you'll never be guilty of filling your gas tank via the rodholders [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
