Yes, tough day at the beach! Sunny, Girls in bikinis, beer and my SeaCraft! It's rough, but that's what Seacraft owners are here for

I'll second that Craig. Seacrafts are represented well here in VA. Its not uncommon to see 3-4 of us around the CBBT. Including mine there were 5 Seacrafts anchored at the CLT a few weeks ago. I've seen at least 3 each time I've been there this year too. It's a pretty sight. Maybe one of the times I'll remember to take the camera out of the truck and get some pix to post.

Pretty boat Graham. I'll be in Hatteras fishing on the Good Times this wknd but maybe I'll see you on the water soon.

Craig
Mine is an '88, white w/ a black t-top/curtains, capt chairs instead of LP, & 225 hp Rude on the back. The last time I was there was 2 Saturdays ago. I've seen that same yellow SC (SEA WITCH) everytime I've been there. All he ever does is tie up to the tower & spear fish (or spook fish if you happened to be anchored next to him). Back in June when there was an armada of Seacrafts, I saw a '74 navy blue cuddy model that looked absolutely beautiful, better than showroom. I met a coworker of Gary's that just recently bought a '76? i/o. He saw me at the gas pump, pulled in to check out my boat and introduce himself. We got talking about getting together for some SC offshore stuff once he feels comfortable w/ his engine. Then we started on the SC striper tourny you put on & we are both ready for the next one. How bout it? You might see me on the water. I'm trying to make up for lost time that I missed last year. But w/ the new girlfriend, I got some other things on my mind This one has really stole my heart. Call me on 68 though, if I'm out there I'll respond.

Danny

Hey Croakerlips...
I was the one that stopped at the gas station to check out your sweet 23'. Did you guys catch any fish the next day? I'm ready to go offshore whenever you are. We were on vacation all last week at our place in Hatteras and I went out of Oregon Inlet all week. My boat is ready! Gary and I may go back to Hatteras next week fishing for Spanish!

Wazup Matt. Yea man we tore the spades up. We caught around 50, I lost count, but nothing of any real size. We had double and triple hookups most of the day until some of the other boats started spear fishing. The funny thing is, I didn't see hardly any other boats w/ multiple hookups. Just goes to show you Seacrafts catch more fish The 2 guys I had w/ me had never caught a spadefish before and had a blast. They even broke out some flyrods and caught em on that. Then my anchor stated slipping, but when we started to pull it up, it wouldn't budge. I didn't want to lose another anchor, so btwn the boat and the 3 of us we manhandled what turned out to be a citation piece of tower that was approx 200+ lbs. After that it was Miller Time. We launched out of Lynn. but due to the storms I headed for Rudy to let the storm pass. While waiting for the storms to pass taylor blues started popping everywhere so we started casting jigs, etc. catching about 20. The first cell past but the second cell got us w/ numerous lightening strikes w/in 100 yds of the boat and 1 w/in feet of the boat which if you haven't experienced will scare the living $!#% out of you!!!!

I'm going to Hatteras this Sat and again on the 13th in my buddies charter boat. I'm thinking about floundering on Sun but I would like to make an AJ run soon to put my guys on something that'll pull their arms off. I'm up for the offshore thing too. Talk w/ Gary, he can get a hold of me anytime.
