Default '72 23' SF

Welp, without having time or funds for finishing two Seacrafts. I've desided to sell my closed transom 23 SF.
It's a bare hull thats been sandblasted, the transom is new and the deck and hatches are solid. I am selling it with a twin motor Hermco bracket. Asking $7500.

I don't have pic's of the bracket, you can go to Hermco's website for that http://www.hermco.net/. The transom was done with marine grade ply and system 3 epoxy. And the trailer is not included.

Serious buyers can call my cell if there are any questions.

The boats still available. And being the town in now on my case for having too many boats in the yard I have a little more pressure to sell.
Will consider all serious offers.

Finster
Being a novice at this restoration work what would it take (money) to finish this project? Don't include motors or trailer. Does the center console have to be rebuilt? Whats your bottom line price? You can respond privately to sen204@adelphia.net
Thank You

No motors, no trailer. The console would need work, I planned on getting a new one. The bracket is 4k by the time it was delivered and the transom in brand new which is another 4k in my neck of the woods.
You could easily buy a 23 with older motors and electronics for 15k and turn around and have to do the same things thats been done to this boat.
The nice thing about this boat is it's all ready to be finished of to be a totally custom 23 SC. No it's not going to be cheap, but I don't think I ever heard the words boat and cheap in the same sentence.
