Default Next Project on my 25' SeaCraft

Now that I'm pretty happy with the deck/console stablity and the transom not flexing. Now I have to contend with the live well.

Here is a picture of it;

The large pipe is the over flow, that flows out a scupper in the center of my transom. It appears they had aflange on the deck and slipped the live well inside it....then glassed around it. From what I can see the live well was not prepped at all before being glassed. That maybe why it slipped out/came loose and is now sitting on the hull.

I can't get to the front side and that has me a bit concerned. The entire back side I can reach though a large hatch in front of the engines.

I was also thinking about shooting some expandable foam under each side of it to help support it's weight....good or bad idea?
