Default Strange engine noise ?

I have a 2003 Johnson 150 hp. I hear like cling cling sound when i slowly turn the prop by hand (in neutral). Is this normal? Any idea what can be?

Your cable may need adjusting. Disconnect the cable at the motor, find the motors neutral spot, spin the wheel, if it goes away adjust your cable to that spot.
