Either water wheel or GPS have me slower hence the concern for the motor height. Not that I want to be going 60 but if it is top ending out well it would be running best efficency. Now at 3800 cruise at 30, not bad.

Thanks for the comments, the bottom is off white and actually has not been repainted. The boat use to be red and off white and was painted by another owner in 1990. I have not done the bottom yet.

Thanks, the paint job is flawless! I did not shoot it. I got it 95% ready and my painter got it the most important other 5%. He is good, fellow in St. Pete, Fla. It is done in Awl Grip. I thought about doing it myself but looking at $1500 worth of paint in the can made me real nervous. A friend had just redone a 1968 35' Betram and it looks showroom new so I used his guy.

The teak rails were put on in 1990 by a previous owner. He painted it red then. They do look great. I added all teak trim on the inside and a teak electronics box.

I carry 70 gallons but only 45 +/- is what she is doing. But at 3800 to 4000 cruise at 30 / 35 depending on wind and seas, it is a nice ride!

thanks

I know this is a old post, I sent JWilliams a email, but it got kicked back to me.

I want to know what color is on that hull?

I'm guessing it's Awlgrip's "Forest Green" or Jade Green Mist"?
I like it.

Wart,
Do I smell a color change coming for some of the X-Sharks "Accessories"?

PS: WAY nice looking vessel ... I too like the color, and the obvious craftmanship in getting this vessel loking this good

Actually I wanted to know for Bob Carpenter aka Annie II.
I picked the color's for Annie II. he's sold her now and is building AnnieIII, but he just fell off of a ladder in Maine and has a bad bum wrist. That's going to slow him down.
