RJ0208, Congradulations on your MA purchase! I have a'79 and love it, though I have not tried the trim tabs as of yet. I was always intimidated that if I tried Rogers advice, I would not be content until I had the mini thrusters, as well! LOL, Roger. How are ya?

I am a personal friend of Sandy and Marguerite of Gwenmor Marine of Mystic, or is it Stonington? Not sure, but had the tour back in October. Very cool people with a really cool family business. And what a cool tug they have! I guess their sons run the dredging/dock building side. What a beautiful part of the country. They are fellow Jersey Speed Skiff owners and spend a lot of time attending the events up and down the eastern seaboard.

Best of luck with your MA! Vezo, Part II.

Vezo, the Hatteras that I live on from April-Nov was on the hard at Gwenmor Marina when I found it. I dock right across the river just under the Railroad bridge. They are good people and run a clean operation. If you come back for another visit stop by .It's the only boat in Fort Rachel marina with a full tower.

Roger, where do you live the rest of the year? I will most certainly be passing through on my annual vacation to the Cape and would love to see the only Hatteras with a tower! And of course, see another MA. Thanks, Vezo.

PS- The reason I ask is about the other months is most of the events that I attend with the skiff are in Fla. along with about 20 or so other retired racers/skiffers. Our Calendar of Events is pretty cool. Mike.

Mike , Nov - March I'm, in Cheshire ,Ct. Most of March I'm down in Marathon in the Keys. Not sure about your comment on a Hatteras with a tower as most all of them have at least a half and many have full towers. Just in that small marina I'm in it's the only one so the boat is easy to find.
In the off season I work a lot of the consumer fishing shows up here so it really helps pass the winter .Roger
