Default New Topaz

I saw a new Topaz Center Console yesterday, I think it was 23 feet. It has a single I/O and the hull looked just like a variable deadrise Seacraft hull. Are they basing the boat off of old Seacraft molds?

It's the former Silverhawk 24, which is based on the SC 23 hull with a few slight modifications.

Now that Egg Harbor has aquired Topaz, they will no longer be producing the 24'

It's too bad because that is a sweet boat. However, I don't blame Topaz for dropping the model, it didn't seem to fit with there core lineup of over-30' express-style canyon boats. I drool every time I see one of their 40-footers.
