Craig, thanks for that, and that was my thoughts as to go with vinyl, but after pulling the old stuff off (like two pit-bull's playing tugOwar with a baby bunny) I've found the surface very rough with lots of screw head all over the place. So, I don't think vinyl is going to be an option.

I talked with the folks Don referred and they recommended the same. They even have the "Velvet Elvis". [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

And yes DH, proper lubricant was applied. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
