Cant say ... BUT I always felt Florida was much more price competitive since there are so many more marinas etc etc down your way. Was that your only quote ?

In the NE I was quoted $3300-3500 for a 23 ... just the hull sides ... This was at a big yard that paints big stuff more often than small stuff. Two otherr quotes were in the $130-150/foot range..insides are a whole different story
