I just spoke with JorgeinMiami and he's going also so we may be able to share the ride. I would volunteer but my pickup is only a 2 seater.

ok guys well i have a kinda retarded question about lean posts.. for those of u that have installed the lean post yourself, what did u use to secure it to the deck? thru bolts? or use big SS screws and epoxy to seal the holes or what? and capt. brad i would still like the measurements of the lean post u have in the MA so i can look for one roughly the same size for mine. thanks.

SS Screws and 5200 in to my re did ½” plywood laminated deck. Now 4 yrs old and no problems.

hey Blue- another alternative for you- i couldnt reach the undersides when i installed mine so I bought and installed those stainless t-bolts (1/4"-20 I believe)from west marine. I ended up using 2 in each leg and two screws in the other two holes. I used 4200 in the holes/threads and silicone under the legs themselves. Very solid.
