The awl grip is above the waterline. The bottom paint is high enough. It seems like the Awl Grip blistered specifically where the seam of the new transom is. (where the new meets the old) This area is dry unless, of course, I am making way. At this point I have to "patch" the Awl Grip and make it look like new.
