I don't believe MaryKates On-Off Hull Cleaner will hurt the paint though I would not leave it on long. Might try wetting the surface first. Very concentrated, and I think a Muriatic Acid base. Incredible stuff. Just respect it. Like strong wheel cleaners, use Dishwashing gloves to prevent burning off one layer of skin for two or three days. Nothing better for the guy who does not bottom paint but may leave in water for a few days. Stuffs awesome for all around cleaning, markings, scuffs, you know the deal.
