thanks for the reply, do you think I will be alright with weight distribution after mounting the motors so far back off the transom. I'd like to hear from some guys that have twins on 23's that are on brackets. While the boat has been in the glass shop I have gotten some negative feedback that has me questioning my idea of bracketing the boat with twins. Thanks again

I saw one of the 25's with twin i/o's . . . those weigh a LOT more than two 2.0L or 2.5L 150 Merc's (less than 400lbs each)
The cabin weight should offset the any extra stern weight from the bracket and twin outboards.

Are those 150's 2.0L or 2.5L motors?

they are 2.0 motors, thats another reason why i was considering the 3.0 motors
