I need a feedback on propeller size
Are you running a aluminum or a SS prop ? Big difference between the two. I was running a SS 14 3/4 x 19 many years ago on a 200hp Johnson on my 23'. I was hitting around 5500 at WOT. When I repowered to a 250hp Johnson I switched to a 14 3/4 x 17 Viper SS. I am now using the same prop on my 250hp Johnson mounted on the bracket . I'm topping out at 5800-5900 WOT.

Sometimes your repair shop will lend you different props to try out before you purchase

BTW: Many of your questions can be answered by using the SEARCH function and looking back on tons of reading .......Enjoy
