I will take $8000 w/out the new hyd. steering ram. Includes hull, trailer(exc. cond.), console, new tank, freshwater tank, new pop-up cleats, hawses, inner grab rail, steering helm, trim tabs, battery switches, all kinds of glass, mat, misc. hardware.
