Default Re: Trailer Brakes

Capt Chuck You don't have what you think you have.

They look like Tie Down's + the removable spindle numb's is a Tie Down deal.

The "Best, Cheapest" Kodiak setup is Cad plated rotor's and stainless rotor's. The Cad plated rotor's hold up just fine in saltwater.

The Kodiak rotor's are embossed with the name "Kodiak" and if they are stainless they have a "SS" imbosed in them too.

These are the rotor's and caliper's under my trailer. It was supposed to have stainless caliper's and as you can see it doesn't. No "SS" embosed.

Stright from Kodiak's site.

All Silver cad plated

Cad plated rotor's with stainles rotor's. See the "SS" embosed under the "225"
