Especially in seeing how far forward that gigantic console is I don't see why an extra set of tabs would be needed to keep the bow down, unless of course that silly looking Phouse causes lift at speeds

It's ugly as hell. I have an original catalog and manual that came with my 20MA and inside the catalog are doodles (from a previous owner) of a 23 redesigned to look EXACTLY like that boat.
